How to program your RTS Remote
Before You Begin
Motors are shipped without limits and are not paired to remotes.
Only supply power to the RTS motor you are programming.
Motors will automatically exit programming after 2 minutes of inactivity.
A "jog" is a brief up and down motion of the curtain.
If you set a limit incorrectly, continue to program as limit adjustments can be made after.
Step 1: Connect Power
With the motor installed, connect power and ensure proper wiring.
Step 2: Initiate Programming
Choose your transmitter (remote) and the channel you want to use.
Press the UP and DOWN buttons at the same time until the motor jogs.
Step 3: Check Directions
Press UP or DOWN.
When pressing the button, the curtain should travel in that direction.
If the curtain travels in the opposite direction, you need to reverse the direction.
Press and hold the MY button until the motor jogs and test the direction again.
Step 4: Set Upper Limit
Bring the motor to the desire upper limit.
Press both the DOWN and MY button until the motor starts to move, then release.
Stop the motor using the MY button before it reaches the bottom.
Step 5: Set Lower Limit
Bring the motor to the desire lower limit.
Press both the UP and MY button until the motor starts to move, then release.
Stop the motor using the MY button near the center of the opening.
Step 6: Confirm Limits
Press and hold the MY button until the motor jogs.
This will confirm you limits.
